1. Global Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
This Global Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Boltastic LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating as a multi-vendor marketplace platform, collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal information of marketplace buyers (“Buyers”) and third-party merchants (“Vendors”) using our website and services. We are committed to operating in full compliance with global data protection legal frameworks, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1.1 Information We Collect
To operationalize our multi-vendor ecommerce ecosystem, we collect personal details across three categories:
• Buyer Information: Full legal name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, email address, payment card tokens, order history, and behavioral transaction data.
• Vendor Information: Business entity name, owner contact details, corporate address, bank routing details (for the disbursement of the 95% payout split), employer identification numbers (EIN/SSN), tax documents (IRS Form W-9), and 1099-K accounting metrics.
• Automated Telemetry & Digital Assets: IP addresses, device identifiers, cookie profiles, browser environment specifications, file telemetry logs, dynamic digital media download histories, and download verification event timestamps.
1.2 Purpose of Information Processing
Data is processed on the following lawful bases: executing marketplace fulfillment contracts, adhering to legal accounting requirements, and fulfilling legitimate platform business operations. Uses include:
• • Fulfilling transactions and passing delivery addresses to third-party Vendors.
• • Providing digital asset access, license management, and secure cryptographic file delivery tracking.
• • Verifying payout distribution logic (calculating the 5% platform fee and distributing the 95% vendor balance).
• • Executing federal, state, and local regulatory reporting (including IRS Form 1099-K merchant returns).
• • Mitigating transaction risks, filtering financial fraud, and neutralizing cybersecurity threats.
1.3 Controlled Information Sharing & Cross-Border Data Flows
We never sell consumer personal info. We disclose platform information strictly to facilitate marketplace functions:
• Vendor Sharing: Buyers’ physical shipping coordinates and order profiles are shared with the respective Vendor to permit order logistics. Vendors are contractually barred from utilizing this information for independent marketing unless direct buyer consent is explicitly captured.
• Third-Party Infrastructure Partners: We pass data to secure enterprise partners including specialized card infrastructure, managed multi-vendor database frameworks, hosting entities, and cloud file delivery nodes.
1.4 Global Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA)
Subject to native regional parameters, site users retain enforceable legal privileges regarding data records:
• • Right of Erasure & Rectification: The ability to wipe clean or revise imperfect data records.
• • Right of Data Portability: The legal capacity to export complete interaction records seamlessly.
• • Right to Limit Processing: The legal privilege to prohibit background data profile mining.
• • Non-Discrimination Guarantees: We ensure zero price discrimination for consumers executing localized privacy claims.
To exercise any legal right or register data privacy grievances, submit formal documentation to our Privacy Compliance Desk via email at info@boltastic.com. We respond to all formal consumer statutory requests within regional legal limits (e.g., 45 days for CCPA/CPRA).
2. Global Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
These Global Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) dictate the contract governing the use of the Boltastic LLC multi-vendor platform. By entering, creating an account, or purchasing goods, all Buyers and Vendors agree to be fully bound by these rules. If you object to these platform parameters, you are barred from accessing our services.
2.1 Marketplace Structural Relationship & Liability Disclaimer
Boltastic LLC operates strictly as an administrative multi-vendor marketplace engine aggregator. Boltastic LLC facilitates the hosting platform, commercial architecture, and transactional escrow pipeline. Boltastic LLC is not the direct manufacturer, retail seller, or legal distributor of any merchant listing. All legal contracts for the sale of physical items or licensing of digital media goods are formed directly between the respective Buyer and Vendor. Boltastic LLC disclaims all civil liability concerning the functional safety, commercial merchantability, design legality, or descriptions of third-party store assets.
2.2 Financial Mechanics: Commission & Payout Terms
All transactions conducted across the Boltastic LLC marketplace conform to a mandatory split-fee architecture:
• Platform Operating Fee: Boltastic LLC retains a fixed five percent (5%) fee from the gross checkout value of every completed marketplace order.
• Vendor Payout Split: Vendors are contractually entitled to receive ninety-five percent (95%) of the gross order total generated from their store sales.
• Escrow & Processing Windows: Gross customer payments are securely collected via the platform’s central payment infrastructure. Net payouts (95%) are transferred to vendor business accounts after a standard fraud hold and transaction verification period, subject to platform policies. Boltastic LLC reserves the right to claw back payout distributions from a Vendor’s balance if a chargeback dispute or buyer refund request is authenticated.
2.3 Digital Media Intellectual Property & Licensing
When purchasing digital products (such as graphic files, software, audio, design templates, or data files) the transaction transmits a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable global digital media license from the Vendor to the Buyer. Buyers are explicitly prohibited from executing bulk resale, cloning digital items, relicensing source files, or hosting marketplace digital media properties on external networks. Vendors guarantee they own the full copyright or hold authorized downstream distribution rights for all digital media uploaded to the platform.
2.4 Prohibited Activity Framework
Users and Vendors agree not to engage in malicious conduct, including: uploading malware or corrupted code; infringing third-party intellectual property; engaging in price manipulation; circumventing the platform payment engine; or harvesting marketplace data through unauthorized automated systems.
2.5 Governing Law & Forum Selection
These Terms shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from platform transactions must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located within California.
3. Global Shipping Policy
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
This Global Shipping Policy defines the operational logistics requirements governing the delivery of products purchased via Boltastic LLC. Because we run a multi-vendor marketplace, item shipments originate from the localized warehouses of our independent third-party Vendors, rather than a centralized Boltastic LLC facility.
3.1 Order Processing Timelines (SLA)
All marketplace Vendors are bound by a baseline Service Level Agreement (SLA) requiring the preparation, safe boxing, and postage handoff of all physical order shipments within one to three (1-3) business days following transaction confirmation. Orders are not systematically packaged or shipped over official regional holidays or weekends.
3.2 Multi-Vendor Consolidations & Shipping Variations
If a Buyer purchases multiple items from different vendors in a single checkout order, the items will arrive in separate boxes, shipped independently by each vendor. Each package will generate its own dedicated tracking number within the platform interface. Shipping costs are dynamically aggregated at checkout based on individual vendor locations.
3.3 Cross-Border Customs, Tariffs, and Import Fees
For international marketplace orders crossing sovereign territorial borders, the individual international Buyer is legally designated as the Importer of Record. Neither Boltastic LLC nor the independent Vendor assumes any financial liability for local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), regional customs clearance fees, or delivery tariffs. All such international fees are the absolute responsibility of the Buyer and must be settled locally with border authorities.
3.4 Delivery Loss Allocation & Transit Claims
Title and risk of physical loss pass to the buyer upon vendor delivery of the cargo to the commercial carrier. In the event of package damage, total destruction, or courier loss during transit, the Buyer must initiate a formal claim directly with the carrier infrastructure using the tracking identifiers supplied by the platform.
4. Global Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
This Global Return & Refund Policy establishes standard rules across the Boltastic LLC multi-vendor ecosystem. Individual marketplace Vendors must honor these baseline definitions to ensure a consistent, secure consumer experience.
4.1 30-Day Physical Return Window
Buyers maintain a standard period of thirty (30) calendar days from the authenticated delivery date to request a formal return of a physical product. To successfully qualify for a refund, returned physical inventory must remain unused, completely undamaged, and packaged securely inside all original manufacturer boxes with associated documentation intact.
4.2 Digital Media & Instant Download Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases of digital media assets (including graphics, templates, music, or software files) are strictly final, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the file delivery stream has been initialized or download credentials issued. Exceptions are granted only if a digital asset is proven to be corrupted, or if server logs verify that the download pipeline failed entirely. Any refund claims for digital goods must be submitted to info@boltastic.com within 14 days of purchase.
4.3 Vendor Inspection & Processing Windows
Returned physical items must be sent directly back to the originating Vendor’s facility. Upon delivery at the vendor facility, the Vendor is allocated an inspection window of five (5) business days to verify the structural integrity of the returned item. Following vendor authorization, Boltastic LLC will process the refund back to the buyer’s original payment method. The processing time for the refund to reflect on the buyer’s account depends on the financial institution.
4.4 Allocation of Shipping Expenses
Buyers are responsible for paying all return freight shipping costs. Return shipping costs are entirely non-refundable. If a return is initiated due to a verifiable merchant error (e.g., shipping a defective physical item or an incorrect SKU), the Vendor must provide a pre-paid return shipping label or absorb the cost of return transit.
4.5 Categorical Return Exclusions
Perishable goods (such as artisanal food elements or flora), custom-manufactured bespoke products, personalized items, and unsealed intimate cosmetic inventory are strictly excluded from the standard 30-day return policy and cannot be returned under any conditions.
